meet matcha

April 21, 2015

matcha

It’s green. It’s hot. It’s fresh. It’s new {but not really}. It’s MATCHA!

It’s the new “IT DRINK”.

Made from finely milled green tea, it’s perfect as a morning healthy kick in the pants or afternoon pick me up. Lovely as a tea latte or a different twist in your smoothie, matcha has so many ways that it can be enjoyed. Because it is in powder form, it is easily added to ice cream to yogurt; popsicles to desserts.

At Two Red Bowls, they offer a recipe for Matcha Shortbread Cookies. We think it’s perfect with a cup of tea.

Tell us how you enjoy your matcha or stop in our shop and let us whip you up a cup!

Cheers!

Blue skies. Warm weather. Happy days are here!
