Poolside relaxing is a must. Iced tea is a must. And popsicles are a definite must!

just add honey has compiled a few recipes that are easy to prepare and will keep you and the kiddies happy while you beat the heat!

Sweet Tea Popsicles

Ingredients

Directions
Bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
Remove from heat and pour over tea bag {1/4 cup loose tea in teabag/infuser/cheesecloth}
Brew for 5 minutes, squeeze tea bag and discard.
Add 3/4 cup of sugar, stir until dissolved.
Add 1 cup of ice and stir until melted.
Pour sweet tea into popsicle molds and freeze.

Lemon & Green Tea Popsicles

  • ¼ Cup Meyer Lemon Juice
  • 1 ¼ Cups Water, for lemonade
  • ¾ Cup Sugar
  • 1 ½ Cups Water, for tea
  • ¼ Cup Green Tea {try our tropical green or sencha green tea}
  • 10 Leaves Basil

Directions

Juice the Meyer lemons.
Bring the 1 1/2 cup of water to a boil and brew your green tea per its instructions.
While the tea steeps, tear up the basil leaves and add them to the lemon juice.
Add just enough green tea to cover and mull them.
Add the remaining tea and let it steep for about 15 minutes.
Add the remaining water and remove the basil leaves.
Add the sugar and mix it all well.
Divide the mixture amongst your popsicle molds and freeze them.
Enjoy in about 7 to 10 hours.
 

Strawberry Basil Green Tea Popsicles

Directions

In a blender, combine all ingredients. Blend for 30 seconds or until mixture is smooth.

Divide mixture between popsicle molds and freeze for 6 hours.
